Hans Seignon
In 2006, I moved to the United States and, like many, thought fitness meant getting as big and strong as possible—until my first yoga class proved otherwise. That moment reshaped my entire approach to training.
Today, I focus on balanced, holistic fitness built on strength, endurance, flexibility, and control. Whether I’m practicing with friends and family or competing in Spartan races and marathons, I’m always exploring what the body can do with the right mindset and consistent work.
